Online gaming group 888 have announced a new deal with the Tsogo Sun Gaming Group from South Africa. This is the second big deal for 888 this month after already singing a massive deal with US casino operator Harrah’s Entertainment.
This new deal will see a joint venture between 888’s B2B (business-to-business) division, Dragonfish, and Tsogo Sun Gaming Group in order to expand the South African brand into online gaming.
“This partnership is the first of many targeted at regulated markets, where Dragonfish’s partners operate under local licenses and enjoy the benefits of such regulatory arrangement” stated Gabi Campos, managing director of Dragonfish.
The news of the new deal has also had a positive effect on 888’s shares, which are currently 0.9p higher at 94.25p.
